1) TO PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:

*Be sure to list the number of books you wish to purchase!
    
Make check payable to: Pat O'Brien. Personal checks take two weeks to clear. If you don't want to wait to have your check cleared, send a money order. If you live outside the US, purchase a money order for US dollars. Also make sure it is payable to a corresponding US bank. A US bank and location must be on the money order for it to be accepted.

              
BOOK AND SHIPPING COSTS:

   * US orders:
      Book cost: $20 per book ($21.75 per book for NYS residents- includes sales tax)
                                                Plus, Shipping fee $6.00 (priority mail)   
                                                For each additional book, add $3.00 extra for shipping 
                                               
     * For large orders, books can be shipped parcel post rates or media rates. Call for details.

   * Canadian orders:
      Book cost: $20 per book, plus shipping fee $9.00 (priority mail) = $29.00 total cost
                                                 For each additional book, add 5.00

    * India orders:
       Book cost $20 per book, plus shipping fee $19.00 = $39.00 total cost (airmail parcel post rate)
                                               For each additional book, add 6.00


    * For all other foreign orders, please call 607-478-5288 for shipping fees (9-5  M-F  EST)
      

* If you are also a teacher, and are considering purchasing the book in large quantities for your school,
   please call (607)-478-5288  9-5  M-F  EST  for more information on shipping rates.
   Books can be sent media rates, etc.

You will be charged the US rates listed above.  All packages will be shipped priority mail. However, there is 1 week for order processing. All information that you provide is kept strictly confidential over a secure server.  (Sorry, but Paypal is not set up to calculate foreign shipping rates at this time. We are currently accepting only US orders through credit card/paypal.)           

* If you are considering purchasing a large quantitiy of books (more than 5), please
   call 607-478-5288 for details. (It is highly recommended that your large order be sent parcel post,
   or media rate to cut down on the cost, as well as be processed by check or money order.)

GENERAL WHOLESALE AND PURCHASING TERMS FOR STORES/DISTRIBUTORS

Payment must accompany the order, unless a 30 day net term account has been set up. Shipping rates to the main warehouse or any of the store locations, will be paid by the store. Wholesale cost per book is $11.00 (55% of the book’s retail price of $20.00). Checks should be made payable to: Pat O’Brien.
