Appointments include an evaluation, physical exam, plus very personalized diet/nutrition advice, herbal medicine, supplements, natural alternatives, etc., for one's medical condition and genetic disease tendency. Every effort is made to treat the root cause of the problem(s), as this is the key to reversing illness. Each person also receives a personally tailored program to meet the needs of his/her body, and is taught how to prevent problems from coming back! 4-week follow-up appointments are recommended until condition is improved, as dietary or herbal changes are usually made. Reversal of one's medical problem takes time, so please be patient.

Andover is within a 1 or 1 &1/4 hour drive from central NY with easy directions from: Corning NY, Horseheads NY, Painted Post NY, Watkins Glen NY, and Elmira NY. It is also accessible from Wellsboro PA, and Mansfield PA.

Clients from cities much further away, such as Ithaca NY, or out of state, may wish to do phone appointments
as an option.
